All our products are made with great care and attention to detail and we hope you will be delighted with them. If for any reason you are not, please contact us immediately and you are able to return them (unused, unwashed and in the original calico bag packaging) within 14 days of purchase.
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons we will refund your purchase minus handling and courier/international shipping fees. Items are to be returned to Snugbags at the customers expense,
Faulty Items Please check your items on arrival. We do our best to quality control our manufacturing and ship all our items safely from our warehouse in New Zealand.
If you think you have received a faulty or damaged item, please email us on email@example.com and we will make sure you receive a new item or a refund. We will of course pay for the return delivery. Please refrain from using the item. Please note: we are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper washing, so please follow our washing instructions when washing the garment and. If you are unsure or please contact us for advice. We are also unable to refund items that have been worn, washed or have marks.
Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We do not offer refunds on sale items.
