Our online store is open, but we are no longer sending orders around New Zealand until after the lock-down unless they are absolutely essential (i.e. your babies sleep situation is compromised due to breaking out of swaddle, rolling, being too cold or grown out of sleeping bag, etc).

Our entire manufacturing and dispatch team works from the safety and isolation of their own home which means according to the directive of the MBIE - we are legally allowed to make sure your little ones are safe and snug at night.
We practice all of the required safety and hygiene measures. All our team members are in self-isolation and we have strict measures in place with our couriers to ensure non-contact delivery.
All overseas orders will be dispatched after the lock-down.

Stock permitting we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days (please see estimated delivery times below). In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it becomes available
Please note that international deliveries may take up to 10 working days to arrive and up to 20 working days at peak times of the year. A business day is Monday to Friday and excludes Public Holidays. We use Courier Post for all national deliveries.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times and once your order has been placed delays and lost parcels can occur. **All orders placed through this website are shipped from our warehouse in New Zealand and any import duties and taxes, and or lost parcels are the responsibility of the recipient in the destination country.** Our free shipping includes Standard New Zealand Post (non tracked) for all our International parcels. If you are located overseas we highly recommend upgrading to Courier service so you are able to track your parcel..If you do not upgrade to courier service you automatically agree to Standard NZ Post being used.
Please contact us immediately if your item hasn't arrived within 15 working days. For national deliveries - please let us know if your parcel hasn't arrived within 3-5 working days.
Should you wish to have your item tracked, please contact us and we are happy to upgrade your parcel for the ticket price (generally around $10-15 for one sleeping bag to Australia and around $20-25 for one sleeping bag to the rest of the world).
