Each of our winter duvet merino sleeping sacks is handmade in New Zealand and has a super soft layer of pure New Zealand Merino that sits against your child’s skin ensuring their temperature is effortlessly regulated while they sleep. Keeping your little one comfortable all night long and improving sleep when the temperature drops.
We have used a snuggly soft, plush layer of cotton wadding as a filling that wraps around your little one giving this sleeping bag an extra layer of warmth. The outside layer of our Winter Duvet sleep sack is made from Organic Cotton – soft and breathable for your babies comfort, yet durable enough to withstand the rigors of use.
Our winter duvet merino sleeping bag is one of the warmest sleeping bags but its unique design means it is not bulky or uncomfortable for your little one.
A closer look at the 3-layer system:
Layer 1 - inner of soft & pure New Zealand merino against your babies skin to help absorb and release moisture and trap or circulate air as needed to regulate the temperature.
Layer 2 - a middle layer of plush bamboo/cotton duvet wadding is added for extra warmth and comfort.
Layer 3 - outer layer of soft organic cotton fleece.

No shoulder domes means your little one can’t wriggle out of their sleep sack and the seat belt slot is perfect for transferring a snuggly, sleeping baby from the pram or cot to the car and back again. Because the SNUGBAGS™ sleep sack opens flat, nappy changing is easy as can be!
We love gorgeous colours and prints on our SNUGBAGS™, but we do not like using chemicals. All our fabric dyes are organic GOTS certified and free from formaldehyde, solvents and harsh chemicals. All of our “prints” are actually woven into our fabrics, using unbleached and undyed cotton.
