It is an absolute essential for those in colder climates or living in colder homes and it is similar to wrapping your little one in a luxuriously warm duvet.
Our High Country Deluxe features layers of our signature brushed merino fleece, which has an amazingly thick loft to resemble the merino sheep’s natural fleece. Its plush and cloud-like feel creates an super comfortable sleep environment for your little one and it acts like a natural barrier against room temperature fluctuations. A double layer of brushed merino fleece is not available in any other sleeping bag in the world, making the High Country the cosiest and most comfortable way for your tiny human to sleep. SnugBags™ patented diagonal zip design combines all that is good about front and side zip sleeping bags into one. Our diagonal zip starts at the front, zips across the body, then down the side, and finally along the bottom. Easy to manoeuvre whilst your little one settles into comfort.
No shoulder domes means your little one can’t wriggle out of their sleep sack and the seat belt slot is perfect for transferring a snuggly, sleeping baby from the pram or cot and back again. Because our Snugbags™ sleep sack opens flat, nappy changing is easy as can be!

- Layer 1 - The inner lining of our High Country is made from soft GOTS certified organic cotton. Safe and gentle beside baby's skin.
- SnugSpot - Covering the area of your little ones back and part of the inner lining is our signature SnugSpot™. A unique panel of brushed pure merino fleece, designed to effortlessly moderate your babies core temperature whilst they sleep.
- Layer 2&3 – A double layer of luxuriously soft brushed merino fleece padding provides ultra-warmth and superior insulation. Acting as a luxurious buffer of cushioned comfort between baby and nursery temperature.
- Layer 4 – A final layer and outer liner made from GOTS certified organic cotton.
- Fabric weight - sleeping bag 580gsm + SnugSpot 870gsm. The grams per square meter (gsm) number indicates fabric warmth, density and thickness (it is not the total weight of the sleeping bag). Learn more about gsm here.
